Privacy Policy

Plain-English version: very little data, never sold, easy to delete.

Dunn With Love Quilting (“we,” “us”) is a one-person quilting service based in Des Moines, Washington. We try to collect as little personal information as possible — only what we need to quilt your quilt.

What this site collects

This website itself does not load analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. The two interactive features are:

  1. The contact form (powered by Formspree). When you submit it, we receive:

    • Your name and email address.
    • Your phone number, if you provide one.
    • The dimensions and notes you share about your quilt.
    • Your responses to the binding, first-time-customer, and photo-release checkboxes.

    That information is delivered by Formspree to the shop owner’s inbox and is governed by Formspree’s privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

  2. The Instagram gallery embed (powered by LightWidget). When you visit the gallery page, the LightWidget iframe and Instagram’s image hosts may set their own cookies and collect technical data such as your IP address. Those parties’ policies apply: LightWidget Privacy and Instagram / Meta Privacy.

What we do with it

We use your contact-form submission to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and quote your project.
  • Coordinate drop-off, shipping, and pickup.
  • Send you an invoice if you decide to book.

We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or use it to send unrelated email. You will only hear from us about quilting work you’ve asked about.

Photos

If you check the “photo release” box on the contact form, the finished quilt may appear on this website or on the linked Instagram account, usually with a brief description. We never post identifying information (your name, location, or contact details) without explicitly asking first.

Deleting your information

To request that we delete your contact-form submission, photos of your quilt, or both, send a request through the contact form and mention “delete my data” in the notes. We’ll remove the data within a reasonable time and confirm in writing.

Updates

If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will be updated. For minor wording changes, no notice is given.
