I’ve been quilting for more than ten years and worked at quilt shops along the way, which means I’ve seen a lot of quilts come and go — and I know how much love goes into each one before it lands on a longarm.

Every quilt I take on gets free-motion quilting designed for your top: the pattern, the density, and the thread are chosen to make your piecing sing rather than fight with it. I am one person, working out of Des Moines, Washington, and I treat each quilt like it belongs to a friend.

How I work

  • Drop off in person or ship your quilt top, backing, and batting to me.
  • We talk about the design — heirloom, edge-to-edge, something custom. I can sketch options.
  • I quilt it, trim it, and (if you’d like) attach the binding for hand-finishing.
  • Pickup or return shipping within about thirty days, usually sooner.

A note on the business

Dunn With Love Quilting is a home-based business — small on purpose. If you want a longarmer who remembers the last quilt of yours she worked on and asks about the next one, you’re in the right place.
